The cottage La Halippe is a large barn typical of the Gers. It is located in the countryside.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine.

There is a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed (160x200)

with the adjoining bathroom.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed (160x200) and one with 2 single beds.

There is a second bathroom and second toilet.

Outside, there is a large terrace with garden furniture, a BBQ and a view of the vineyards and

the Cathedral Saint-Pierre of Condom.

In de backyard, there's a private swimming pool above-ground, 4.8m in diameter,

available from juin until the end of september.

For the children, there are toys, books, puzzles but also a swing, two basketball hoops, a boxing bag, several bikes, and so on...
