Booking conditions:
After mutual agreement, a rental contract will be sent to you by email.
The reservation will take effect if we receive within 15 days a copy of the signed and dated contract + a deposit of 30% of the sum. The sum has to be paid by bank transfer.
We do not accept holiday vouchers
Terms of cancelation
By the tenant:

cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: you will be refunded the full amount paid in advance

By owner:
